This website, brightonroofing.co.uk, is owned and operated by Admazing Ltd. Admazing Ltd is a marketing company. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not employ roofers, and we do not carry out, supervise or inspect any roofing work.

What this website does
The purpose of this website is to generate enquiries for an independent, third-party roofing contractor operating in the Brighton area. Enquiries submitted through the website, and emails sent to the address shown, are forwarded automatically to that contractor. Telephone calls to the number shown connect directly to the contractor. They will deal with your enquiry from that point.
Our involvement ends once your enquiry has been passed on. We do not quote for work, agree prices, schedule jobs, supply materials or carry out any part of the work itself.
Your contract is with the roofing contractor, not with us
Any quotation, agreement or contract for roofing work arising from an enquiry made through this website is formed directly between you and the independent roofing contractor. Admazing Ltd is not a party to that contract.
This means that the contractor, and not Admazing Ltd, is solely responsible for:
- The price quoted and any variation to it
- The standard, quality and safety of the work carried out
- Timescales, attendance and completion of the work
- Any guarantee, warranty or insurance-backed guarantee offered
- Their own insurance, qualifications, certifications and trade memberships
- Compliance with building regulations, planning requirements and health and safety law
- Handling of any complaint, defect, remedial work or dispute
Any guarantee or warranty you are offered is issued by the contractor and is enforceable against the contractor, not against Admazing Ltd.
Limitation of our liability
Beyond generating your enquiry and passing your contact details to a roofing contractor, Admazing Ltd accepts no liability for the work carried out or for any dealings between you and that contractor. In particular, and so far as the law allows, we are not liable for defective or incomplete work, delays, damage to property, loss or injury arising from the work, disputes over price, or the failure of any guarantee issued by the contractor.
We do not warrant that any contractor is suitable, qualified, insured or available, and we recommend you carry out your own checks before agreeing to any work. You should ask any contractor for proof of public liability insurance, confirmation of any guarantee in writing, and a written itemised quotation before work begins.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights against the contractor under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
